Nursing courses in SL
Apr 19 2008, 6:21 PM EDT I am a RN nursing faculty at Tacoma Community College, in Tacoma, WA. Teach with Second Life, high fidelity computerized mannequins in labs, as well as hospital clinicals in partially online courses. In Second Life, have co-developed NESIM (aka VESIM) emergency department simulator, along with other educators and builders, for assessment and treatment decision making about avatar patients.
